New Consumer Advisory Group
Amana Living is excited to announce the launch of our new Consumer Advisory Group (CAG). We’re committed to continual improvement, and we can’t do it without the voice of our community. The group will provide feedback on care and services at Amana Living from new and existing customers.
The Consumer Advisory Group will be chaired by Tracy Armson, who will act independently, with the support of Amana Living.
Want to join?
We are seeking Expressions of Interest to serve as a member of the Consumer Advisory Group. The group will consist of residents, next of kin and clients from each of our services in Home Care, Retirement Living and Residential Care.
The Consumer Advisory Group will meet a minimum of four times per year, either face to face or a combination of face to face and online (video conference). Assistance can be provided to group members wishing to attend meetings.
Participants will receive a $100 gift card for attending each meeting, as a thanks for their valuable time.
The ideal member
In keeping with our values, we are looking for people who:
- are compassionate, collaborative, curious and inclusive;
- will be an active contributor;
- have a genuine interest and vision for the future of Amana Living;
- can be an advocate for other clients/residents; and
- have the ability to meet at least two times per year.
