Located just north of Bunbury, this lease-for-life village has wide streets, detached homes, and a quality residents' leisure centre.
Living at Amana Living Treendale means being part of a close-knit and secure community, a place where neighbours keep an eye out for each other and have fun together.
Secure facilities for residents' caravan and boat storage are available, and the luxurious community centre called The Club is very popular with residents, their families and friends. Since its official opening in 2012, The Club has become the centrepiece and social hub of village life.
The homes all feature three bedrooms and a choice of one or two bathrooms. They incorporate large single or double garages, storage areas and plenty of convenient driveway parking . Inside, the spacious living areas feature modern, neutral finishes and the gourmet kitchens have plenty of storage and bench space and come equipped with quality appliances.
All homes are air-conditioned and insulated for year-round comfort. Outside, private covered alfresco courtyards adjoin the open-plan living area, while the front gardens are cared for by the village gardener.
The Treendale township is a growing and thriving purpose-built community that combines all the best attributes of modern living in a beautiful, natural environment. The town centre includes The Junction shopping complex within a short stroll of Amana Living Treendale.
When complete, Treendale will comprise 114 homes. Stages 1, 2 and 3, consisting of 45 homes, are complete and stage 4 is selling now. The videos below give you a preview of the homes.
To be eligible to purchase an exclusive lease on a unit in Amana Living’s Treendale Village, you need to be over 55 years old.
The lease purchase price for villas at Amana Living’s Treendale Village is based on current market conditions.
In addition to the up-front lease cost, a modest weekly operating fee is charged to cover the cost of all external maintenance, shared facilities and common costs to run the village.
When residents leave the village, a deferred management fee and a reserve fund contribution are deducted from the re-sale. The deferred management fee is based on 3% of the re-sale price for every year the resident leases the unit, capped at 10 years. The reserve fund contribution is 0.5% of the re-sale for every year the resident leases the unit until they vacate. The deferred management fee, reserve fund contribution, costs relating to the preparation of the unit for re-sale and the selling fee are deducted from the resale amount. Amana Living then pays the balance remaining to the outgoing resident.

Amana Living offers three types of housing for over-55s:
- Lease-for-life: you purchase an exclusive lease and pay operating and management fees
- Bonded units: you pay a contribution when you move in, which is partially refundable when you leave
- Rental units: you pay a weekly rent and, in some cases, a small, non-refundable ingoing contribution
The lease prices for units in our lease-for-life villages are based on current market conditions. In addition, a modest weekly operating fee is charged to cover the cost of external maintenance and shared facilities. When residents leave the village, a deferred management fee is deducted from the sale, allowing you to enjoy the benefits of refurbishment. This fee is based on 3% of the sale price for every year you lease the unit, capped at 10 years.
When you move into bonded accommodation, you pay an ingoing contribution. Part of this amount is refunded when you leave. The contribution and refund vary from village to village. Rental prices vary for the different types of units and from village to villages.
For both bonded and rental units, you pay a daily operating fee to cover external maintenance, gardening and other operating costs. Residents also cover the utility costs for their unit.
