The 22 homes are a mixture of one and two-bedroom units, forming an intimate village with a community room, library and garden gazebo available for get-togethers, celebrations and relaxation.
Eligibility
To be eligible for accommodation at Amana Living’s Wollaston Court Village, you must be over 55 years old. Applicants who have assets in excess of $350,000 will not qualify for this village.
Services
Wollaston Court has its own Village Manager, employed by us to support our residents. The Village Manager’s job is to manage the day-to-day running of the village, and to point residents to services that may be useful to them. This might include local facilities and services, such as transport, libraries, shops, hairdressers, vets or health clinics.
