Village Overview

The village is directly opposite the park itself and pretty Lake Jualbup, with shops and restaurants at the end of the road.

Downsizing to one of these one-bed apartments needn’t be a problem when you have friends or family to stay, because Riley House has a guest unit available. The apartments surround a central courtyard, and there’s a playground just over the road in Shenton Park for visiting children.

Residents also have their own community room, which provides space for get-togethers, morning teas and happy hours, and includes a library. For the serious bookworms, Subiaco Library offers a free fortnightly delivery service, and the Australian Red Cross regularly deliver large print books.

A hairdresser and podiatrist also visit the village regularly.

What style of retirement living does Amana Living offer?

How much will it cost me to live in a retirement village?

The lease prices for units in our lease-for-life villages are based on current market conditions. In addition, a modest daily operating fee is charged to cover the cost of external maintenance and shared facilities. When residents leave the village, a deferred management fee is deducted from the sale, allowing you to enjoy the benefits of refurbishment when you move in. This fee is based on 3% of the sale price for every year you lease the unit, capped at up to 10 years.*
