Ever wondered what life is like at a retirement village? Now is your chance to find out with an open day being held at Amana Living Treendale Village on 16 November.
The open day will run from 1pm to 3pm and feature an information session, tours of the leisure and social amenities, and inspections of the available villas. A high tea will be served at 2pm and there will be the opportunity to meet other residents at this community-minded village.
Amana Living Treendale Village offers the best of both worlds – a rural retreat combined with a beachside escape. It opened in 2012 and will comprise 114 homes when complete.
Stage 4 is selling now and the homes all feature three bedrooms and a choice of one or two bathrooms. They incorporate double lock-up garages, storage areas and plenty of convenient driveway parking. There’s even secure parking for the boat and caravan!
Inside, the spacious living areas feature modern, neutral finishes and the gourmet kitchens have plenty of storage and bench space and come equipped with quality appliances.
All homes are air-conditioned and insulated for year-round comfort. Outside, private covered alfresco courtyards adjoin the open-plan living area, while the front gardens are cared for by the village gardener.
Village residents enjoy a holiday lifestyle, making the most of an iconic $4 million community centre – The Club. This quality facility offers formal and casual dining areas, bar and pool table, café, craft/activity room, theatre, library, hairdresser, pool, spa and gym, a two-lane bowling green and landscaped gardens.
