Amanda Arnoldi has joined the Amana Living team to manage its Australind retirement village, Amana Living Treendale.

Bunbury born and bred, Amanda is a licenced sales representative with 26 years’ experience in real estate, including four years working in retirement villages. Over that time, Amanda has amassed a number of accolades including top village manager at Stockland and top property manager for the Roy Weston.

She brings incredible energy and enthusiasm to the role which will see her look after the day-to-day running of the village but also spearheading sales as new stages are developed.

Amanda said: “I love working in retirement living and I’m so pleased that I made the switch to this sector, I should have done it years ago! I really enjoy my job as it’s so rewarding and you get to support incredible people, with incredible stories. You make every day fun!”

Amanda has had a diverse career to date, originally starting out as a film editor for TV stations in Bunbury, Perth and Adelaide. After a brief career hiatus, she spent 10 years in banking where she worked her way up the ranks from teller to bank manager before embarking on her real estate career.

This broad base of experience and focus on customer service makes her the ideal candidate to support the residents at Amana Living Treendale, oversee continuous improvements, and drive the sales of new villas.

“Working in TV gives you a good grounding and a strong work ethic as you focus on getting the job done! My real estate background, which includes lecturing in property management coordination, sales and strata management, means I have strong commercial understanding of running a property business,” explained Amanda.

“It’s exciting to be part of a developing village like Amana Living Treendale, which already has a strong sense of community. I’m really looking forward to getting to know the residents and bringing new ideas to the village.”

Outside of work, Amanda is a keen West Coast Eagles and East Perth supporter, loves spending time with her grandchildren, walking her energetic Chihuahua/Jack Russell cross, and enjoying Bunbury’s’ growing restaurant and café scene.
