Jenny Williams took up the position of GM Human Resources at Amana Living in 2012.
Jenny has been a human resources professional since 1995, holding senior positions across a diverse range of industries, including mining, construction, finance, retail and now aged care. Jenny has developed extensive experience in all aspects of HR strategy and best practice supported by sound business principals. She has a successful record of achievement in effective change management, strategic HR planning, organisational development, industrial relations and culture change within large organisations.
Jenny has a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in Psychology.
