Amana Living has acquired a 7 hectare site at the new Treendale estate in Australind for the development of a state-of-the-art retirement village and future residential aged care facility.
In the first stages, it is planned to build some 114 quality units on the site together with a modern and well appointed Community Centre which will include a heated swimming pool, gymnasium, activities areas, and other recreational facilities.
A new district shopping centre is to be built within walking distance of the Village and the site will offer residents an opportunity to be well connected with the surrounding community. It is an exciting new development for Amana Living and one which extends our services to people in the South-West of our state.
