Amana Living has been granted almost $2m in Commonwealth and State government funding to create quality and affordable accommodation for seniors at its Hale House facility in Coolbellup.
The $1.76m in funding, granted over 10 years under the National Rental Affodability Scheme (NRAS), is being used to refurbish 22 unoccupied units which will be completed by April 2009.
