Moline Village comprises a mix of one and two bedroom apartments and two & three bedroom villas. The apartments were extensively refurbished in 1999/2000 and the villas surrounding the apartment block were constructed at that time. Currently comprising a total of 99 apartments and villas. Amana Living does not maintain a waiting list for the existing units in this village. When villas become avaliable, they are placed in the hands of a real estate agent appointed by the family.
