Our vision is to provide opportunities for older people to maintain independence and live in their community, fulfilling their personal life choices.
Each client receives an individual and comprehensive assessment prior to commencing services to ensure the most appropriate service is provided. There are charges associated with each of the service types and the amount charged depends upon the person’s ability to pay. However, nobody is denied services if they are not able to afford the payment. Fees are discussed at the time of assessment.
Customer Service Satisfaction Survey 2010
Amana Living conducts a comprehensive customer service satisfaction survey every two years. In the 2010 survey 98.7% of Community clients would recommend this services to their family and friends
The overall satisfaction rating for Community Services was 94.2%. Day Club clients continue to have the highest level of satisfaction at 97.6%.
