Day Clubs

We offer day club services from three sites - Lefroy Day Club in Bullcreek, Kinross Day Club in Kinross and Catherine King Day Club in Osborne Park.

The day clubs are provided specifically for people with dementia and offer the opportunity to socialize and participate in a range of enjoyable activities.

The clubs are open seven days a week providing a welcome break for carers. Carers can also take advantage of regular support meetings and up to date information.

Lefroy Day Club

Lefroy Day club is a Dementia Specific Day Club, based in Bullcreek, which offers short term day respite in a home-like environment.

The club is open 7 days per week including some evenings.  The staff of Lefroy Day Club are skilled in the provision of dementia care and provide a range of activities. Meals are provided and special diets are catered for.

In addition to our regular programs, specific groups are held for both men and women for example:

Mens group Thursday evening 1.30pm – 8.30pm
Ladies group Friday evening 1.30pm – 8.00pm

Outing and activities are provided on a daily basis depending on client interests and needs. The club also runs a carers support group monthly to provide support and information for those caring for people with dementia.

Family carers are welcome to visit the club to see our facilities.
