The Clinical Governance Team takes corporate responsibility for the clinical and care performance of the business.
The aim is to develop robust clinical systems that are easy to use and monitor, that give staff the knowledge to carry out their roles effectively and that are focussed on the needs and choices of clients / residents.
At Amana Living, clinical Governance includes both Community Services & Residential Care.
The team focuses on systems based on best practice, training staff by developing a learning culture, using technology to communicate care needs efficiently and effectively and monitoring how we are performing.
