The Right Reverend Roger Adrian Herft was elected as the Seventh Archbishop of Perth and Metropolitan of the Province of Western Australia and was inaugurated on 11 June 2005. He is a member of the General Synod Standing Committee, Appellate Tribunal and chairs the General Synod Liturgy Commission. |

Mr Peter Dawes became Chairman of the Board of Amana Living in February 2005 replacing retired Chairman Terry Hogan. He is a Director of Amex Corporation Pty Ltd, a national residential land development company, and director of a number of other companies. Before joining Amex in 1985 he owned and operated a Perth-based manufacturing company that became the national market leader in the supply of sports clothing to the AFL. |

Kay Goldsworthy, BTheol, is Assistant Bishop of the Diocese of Perth. Kay studied at Trinity Theological School within the University of Melbourne, and the United Faculty of Theology in Parkville. She is a Bachelor of Theology of the Melbourne College of Divinity, and holds advanced qualifications in Clinical Pastoral Education. She was ordained Deaconess in 1984 and Deacon in 1986, where she worked in the parishes of Thomastown and Deer Park in Melbourne. In 1988 she became Chaplain to Perth College and on 7 March 1992 was ordained Priest. Kay has served the Diocese of Perth as Rector of St David’s Applecross, and as Canon of St George’s Cathedral, Archdeacon of Fremantle, Archdeacon of Perth, Diocesan Registrar and Diocesan Administrator. Kay was consecrated Bishop on 22 May 2008, the first woman to be consecrated bishop in the Anglican Church of Australia. |

Mrs Karen L Field, BEc, was appointed to the Board of Amana Living in September 2002. Karen is a professional non-executive director who has had extensive experience in the resources sector over several decades, in both Australia and in South America, and brings to the Board specialist strategic planning, human resources and project management skills. |

Mr Ian Ludlow, BCom, CA, AFAIM, joined the Board of Amana Living in July 2003 as the Archbishop’s nominee. He is Honorary Treasurer and Chairman of the Finance and Audit Committee. He was appointed the Executive Director of Swanleigh in February 2004 and has previous experience in business management in independent schools and tax and business services in public practice. |

Mr Roger M Port, BA, CA, SF Fin, MAICD, was appointed to the Board of Amana Living in 1997. He is a member of the Audit and Finance Committee and was a Perth Diocesan Trustee from 2002 to 2007. A graduate of Macquarie University, he is a partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers, specialising in corporate finance, business valuation advice, mergers, acquisitions and due diligence services. |

Mr Geoff Mather, BBus, GradDipFin&Inv, CPA, F FIN, FAICD, was appointed to the Amana Living Board in October 2007. He is the Chief Financial Officer of the Royal Automobile Club of W.A. (Inc) and its subsidiary entities. In fulfilling this role he has been responsible for accounting, corporate governance and legal frameworks, strategic planning and administering and restructuring the Group’s Funds Management portfolio. He has had experience in managing joint venture relationships and has participated in a number of merger and acquisition transactions. |

Ms Tracy Armson BA (Hons) MBA GAICD, was appointed to the Amana Living Board in October 2007. She is an experienced strategic manager, with twenty years experience in the marketing of significant international brands, such as Tate and Lyle (Lyle’s Golden Syrup), Boots the Chemist (Nurafen, No 7 Cosmetics), and national and state brands such as Hahn Premium, Peters Ice-cream (Connoisseur) Lotto, Powerball and Oz Lotto, and more recently the RAC. Tracy established her own marketing consultancy (Sage Consultancy) in January 2006, and has completed a number of strategic marketing and planning projects for clients such as MacMahon Holdings Ltd, GESB, Office of Road Safety, Channel 9, Synergy and Western Power. Tracy is also trained in facilitation and in particular the process of achieving Rapid Consensus™, which combines the right process, with the right environment and people to ensure collaboration, engagement and agreement in a time friendly manner. |

Dr Peter Rudolph MBBS, DipGerMed, graduated in medicine from the University of Melbourne in 1982. Subsequently, he trained in geriatric medicine in Victoria and was awarded a Diploma of Geriatric Medicine in 1988. Peter worked in geriatric medicine and rehabilitation for a number of years at the Goulburn Valley Base Hospital in Victoria where he headed the Aged Care Assessment Team. He participated on the Executive of the Senior Medical Staff Group as Secretary and Chairman and served on the Board of the Shepparton and District Retirement Village. In 1993, Peter took the position of Director Assessment and Rehabilitation at the Tweed Heads and Murwillumbah Hospitals in New South Wales, where he headed the Aged Care Assessment Team and was involved in a number of medical specialties as well as working in Aboriginal health for two years. In 2001, Peter returned to work in geriatric medicine at the inner-city aged care service through Royal Perth Hospital and Mercy Restorative Unit. Peter provides medical input in outpatient rehabilitation, falls clinic assessments, memory service assessments, as well as general geriatric medical assessments. During this period, he has also done sessional work with Bentley, Armadale and Swan District Hospitals’ Geriatric Medical Departments. Peter provides medical services for aged care patients in residential care, as well as being involved in a transitional care program at Brightwater in Kingsley. Peter continues to be involved in research projects concerning memory and dementia. In recent years, he has undertaken additional studies in health services management through Charles Sturt University and is scheduled to complete a Masters of Health Services Management in 2010. |
